Investor's Due Diligence Questionnaire

The questionnaire is a list of 26 key questions that an investor would want to have answered before investing (see examples below). The responses will improve a cash flow projection made in the Petroleum Evaluator spreadsheets.  The questionnaire is provided in a Microsoft Word document.  It is formatted as a letter that can be modified to fit your situation, and then copied and pasted into an email and sent to the offeror of an oil or gas drilling deal.
