The graph of Net Present Value (below) shows you whether or not the risk-adjusted NPV of the investor's interest in the well will be larger than the NPV of the alternative investment.  NPV is shown for the well and the alternative investment,  before and after income taxes (BITand AIT), and with or without reinvestment of the cash flows, at the reinvestment rate entered by the user on the Input sheet.
