We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.  We may include marketing information in an email that we send in response to a customer's email.

We do not share, rent, or sell information about our customers.

We do not keep a record of customers' credit card numbers.  The company which completes the credit card transactions for our spreadsheet package, 2Checkout.com, will require the number in order to process payment.

We do track how visitors use our website (page visits, etc).  A visitor's identity remains unknown to us, however.

We do track how customers download purchased content from our website, and their identity is known to us.
