Prior to purchase you will be asked to acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a single-user license to download and use the Petroleum Evaluator spreadsheets and other electronic files from petroleumevaluator.com (the "products"), I agree:

	1.	To limit storage of my electronic copy of the products to no more than 2 (two) computers at any one time and to limit the use of the products to only 1 (one) of those computers at a time.
	2.	To not disclose the passwords provided to me for accessing, opening, and modifying the products.
	3.	That my license for using the products is non-transferable.
	4.	That the products provide only hypothetical projections of well economics using assumptions that may not reflect actual conditions and they do not constitute investment advice.
	5.	That I am solely responsible for any consequence resulting from the use of my copies of the products .
	6.	That I will not hold the creators, owners, or distributors of the Petroleum Evaluator liable for any consequence resulting from use of the products.
	7.	That my failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may subject me to a breach-of-contract action and prosecution under the 1976 Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
	8.	That any litigation relating to the products involving their creators, owners, or distributors shall be controlled by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A. and shall be executed in the city of Denver.
